About Bite-Size Psychology

Bite-Size Psychology is a series of blogs that aim to report the most innovative and interesting findings from the field of Psychology. Academic papers can often be dense and inaccessible to the layperson, so Bite-Size Psychology is designed to present research in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.

The authors of the blogs are 1st year undergraduate Psychology students at the University of the West of England (UWE), who were required to produce this work as part of a degree module called 'Critical Thinking.' Each author was encouraged to research an academic research paper in a topic of their choosing, critically analyse the study and its wider implications, and communicate it in an accessible blog format.

The Critical Thinking module, and this blog, is overseen by Dr Nic Hooper, and the blogs you will read have been contributed to by Narik Dubash, Lizzie Hull, Fin Jackson, and Lily Nikova.

One new blog will be released every fortnight on Fridays, so be sure to join the mailing list for weekly updates!
